- The T 206… series screw conveyors are designed for moving various types of cereal grains, seeds, and all loose materials (such as cement, wood chips, pellets, coal fines, and pea coal) over short distances, for loading silos, and for all other handling tasks.
- The standard length is 4 m, with the possibility of extension using 1 or 2 m segments.
Safety Information
Read the user manual before starting work.
The machine may only be operated by an adult who is not under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
The presence of bystanders, and in particular children, near the operating machine is forbidden.
Each time before starting work, check that no foreign objects have entered the conveyor.
The machine drive may only be switched on after ensuring that the electrical cable is connected to the grid in accordance with the applicable requirements.
It is forbidden to connect power cables to the grid bypassing the socket-plug system.
In the event of a power outage, turn off the motor immediately.
If sparking is noticed in the electrical installation, the conveyor must be stopped.
It may only be restarted after the fault has been rectified.
Protect the electrical installation from moisture.
It is forbidden to operate the conveyor without the belt drive guard.
Adjustments to capacity must only be performed after stopping the motor.
During conveyor operation, exercise extreme caution when working near the intake suction nozzle – danger of hand or finger entanglement.
Functional troubleshooting of machine components must only be carried out with the motor turned off and the plug removed.
Check nuts and bolts regularly for tightness and tighten them.
