Safety Information
It is absolutely mandatory to read the user manual before starting work.
Before each start-up of the conveyor, check the condition of the machine for operational safety.
The conveyor may only be operated by an adult who has familiarized themselves with this user manual.
It is forbidden to use a machine that shows signs of mechanical damage.
Pay attention to hazard warnings when starting the conveyor and during its operation.
Each time before starting work, check that no foreign objects have entered the conveyor.
Before using the machine, pay attention to its technical condition and the mounting of individual mechanisms, especially the drive system components, power supply cables, the socket and plug, and the power switches.
Before the first start-up, a qualified electrician should check the effectiveness of the grounding and the grid protection.
It is forbidden to connect power cables to the grid bypassing the socket-plug system.
Protect the conveyor's electrical installation from moisture.
After connecting the conveyor, the first start-up must be carried out in accordance with chapter 8, "Trial Run".
The machine drive may only be switched on after ensuring that no people are in the immediate vicinity and the electrical cable is connected to the grid in accordance with the applicable requirements.
The presence of bystanders, and in particular children, near the operating machine is forbidden.
All maintenance and repair activities must be performed after turning off the machine and removing the plug from the power socket.
Check nuts and bolts regularly for tightness and tighten them.
Any repairs to the conveyor's electrical installation may only be performed by a qualified electrician.
Every time after a repair is carried out, the effectiveness of the grounding must be measured.
Use appropriate tools and gloves when replacing parts.
It is forbidden to leave the machine unattended during operation.
In the event of a machine electrical installation fire, use a dry powder fire extinguisher.
Do not use water or carbon dioxide (CO2) extinguishers.
Due to exceeding the permissible sound level, hearing protection must be worn.
The total permissible time spent near the operating conveyor without hearing protection is 1 hour.
It is forbidden to look into the grain discharge outlet while the machine is operating.
The manufacturer is not liable if any technical changes or repairs have been made to the machine without their knowledge, or if it has been stored, maintained, or used contrary to the recommendations and the user manual.
