Due to their versatility, the T 207, T 207/1, T 207/2, and T 207/3 pneumatic suction-pressure conveyors solve most problems related to transporting grain seeds, corn, legume seeds, and oilseeds on a farm. They have the ability to suck in and transport grain vertically and horizontally, which enables the loading and unloading of grain from transport vehicles, warehouses, granaries, silos, etc., as well as its aeration in silos or by moving it from pile to pile.
After removing the suction system and installing the feed hopper, they operate in a pressure-only system, achieving approximately 50% higher capacity.
Standard equipment:
polyurethane flexible hose with a suction nozzle + clamp,
2 m pipe + clamp,
90-degree elbow + clamp.
Benefits:
High flexibility in constructing the pressure pipeline, using 160 mm diameter pipes with lengths of 0.3 m, 0.5 m, 1 m, 2 m, and elbows ranging from 15 to 90 degrees connected with clamps.
No need to feed the transported material, as the conveyor draws the material itself using the suction nozzle and the flexible suction pipeline.
Ability to transport over significant distances, up to 70 m horizontally and 10 m vertically.
Automatic engine start-up, which extends its service life and simplifies operation.
An automatic damper regulates the airflow, protecting the engine from overheating and the grain from excessive damage.
Different main engine power ratings – 15 kW, 11 kW, or 7.5 kW allow matching the blower to the individual power supply conditions of the farm, achieving the maximum available capacity.
No material losses and a high level of safety due to the lack of moving external elements.

Safety Information

Before starting work, it is mandatory to read this operating manual.

Before every start-up, check the conveyor in terms of operational safety.

The conveyor may only be operated by an adult who has familiarized themselves with this operating manual.

It is forbidden to use the conveyor if it shows signs of mechanical damage.

Watch out for warnings regarding dangerous places when starting the conveyor.

Locate and read the relevant information in the operating manual and warn other operators.

Each time before starting work, check that no foreign objects have entered the conveyor.

Before starting the conveyor, pay attention to its technical condition, the method of securing individual mechanisms, and especially the elements of the drive system, power supply cables, sockets and plugs, and power switches.

Before the first start-up, a licensed electrician should check the effectiveness of the grounding and network protection.

It is forbidden to connect power cables to the grid bypassing the socket-plug system.

Protect the conveyor's electrical installation from moisture.

After connecting the conveyor, the first start-up must be carried out in accordance with the "Trial run" chapter.

The conveyor may only be switched on after ensuring that no bystanders are in the immediate vicinity and the power cable is connected to the grid in accordance with the relevant requirements.

The presence of bystanders, and in particular children, near the operating machine is forbidden.When starting up the machine, the automatic damper lever must be in the start position "Z".

All maintenance and repair activities must be carried out after first switching off the machine and removing the plug from the power outlet.

Nuts and bolts must be checked regularly for tightness and tightened.

Any repairs to the electrical installation may only be performed by a person with appropriate qualifications.

Each time after a repair is made, the effectiveness of the grounding must be checked.Use appropriate tools and gloves when replacing parts.

It is forbidden to leave the conveyor unattended during operation.In the event of an electrical installation fire, use powder extinguishers.

Do not use other types of extinguishers or water.

Due to the permissible sound level being exceeded, hearing protectors must be used.

The total permissible time spent near the operating machine without hearing protectors is 1 hour.Use only original spare parts.

The manufacturer bears no liability if any technical changes or repairs have been made to the machine without their knowledge, or if it has been stored, maintained against recommendations, or used contrary to the operating manual.
