Safety Information

The tractor sweeper is designed for sweeping and simultaneously collecting debris from flat surfaces such as roads, squares, and sidewalks covered with asphalt, concrete, or paving stones. After removing the waste collection container, it becomes a road sweeper capable of sweeping debris to one side.

Safety Information

• it is mandatory to read the operating manual before starting work;
• in addition to the instructions contained in this manual, statutory safety and accident prevention regulations must be observed;
• the sweeper may only be operated by an adult who holds a valid license to drive agricultural tractors;
• it is forbidden to operate the device by unauthorized persons, bystanders, individuals in a state of illness, intoxicated persons, or those under the influence of intoxicating substances, and particularly children;
• the transport of people, animals, or objects on the machine is forbidden;
• it is forbidden to use the machine if it shows any signs of mechanical damage;
• extreme caution must be exercised when coupling and uncoupling the machine to and from the tractor;
• the presence of any persons near the machine during its operation is forbidden;
• the tractor adapted to work with the sweeper should be equipped with front axle weights;
• the hydraulic lift lever must only be operated from inside the tractor cabin;
• during sweeping, the tractor speed must be adapted to the driving surface, not exceeding 15 km/h;
• during side-sweeping to the right or left without the waste collection container, a rubber apron should be mounted on the sweeper, as hard objects may be thrown out from under the brush;
• a slope of up to 30° on the cleaned surface does not affect the working efficiency of the sweeper;
• any repair of the sweeper raised on the three-point linkage strictly requires the use of a support to protect the sweeper from dropping accidentally;
• repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting work must be carried out with the drive turned off and the engine stopped; the keys must be removed from the tractor ignition switch;
• nuts and bolts must be checked regularly for tightness and tightened;
• use appropriate tools and gloves when replacing parts;
• spare parts must comply with the technical requirements established by the manufacturer;
• the manufacturer bears no liability if any technical changes or repairs have been made to the machine without their knowledge, or if it has been stored, maintained against recommendations, or used contrary to the operating manual.
