- The T 447 series screw conveyors are designed for moving various types of cereal grains, seeds, and all loose materials (such as cement, wood chips, pellets, coal fines, and pea coal) over short distances, for loading silos, and for all other handling tasks.
- All 3 models have a diameter of 200 mm, which allows them to operate with capacities of up to 60 t/h.
- The differences between them stem from the number of 3 m extension segments used, allowing for auger lengths of 8 m, 11 m, and 14 m.
Safety Information
The T 447 screw conveyor should be operated by an adult who has familiarized themselves with the user manual.
It is forbidden to operate the machine by individuals who are intoxicated, in a state of illness, unauthorized, or bystanders, and in particular, children.
It is forbidden to use a machine that shows signs of mechanical damage.
It is forbidden to occupy a place under the raised conveyor within the zone of danger from impact and crushing by a falling machine.
Pay attention to hazard warnings near dangerous spots, exercise extreme caution in their vicinity, and comply with the relevant recommendations.
Each time before starting work, check that no foreign objects have entered the intake nozzle or the intake hopper.
Always pay attention to the condition of the components of the conveyor inclination angle adjustment system, especially the condition of the steel cable and clamps, rope blocks, and the winch.
The presence of bystanders near the operating machine is forbidden.
It is forbidden to carry out any maintenance or repair activities while the conveyor is operating.
If sparking is noticed in the electrical installation, the conveyor must be stopped and the plug removed from the socket.
Restarting may only take place after a thorough inspection and rectification of the fault.
It is forbidden to connect power cables to the grid bypassing the socket-plug system.
Protect the conveyor's electrical installation from moisture.
The machine drive may only be switched on after ensuring that the electrical cable is connected to the grid in accordance with the applicable requirements.
The conveyor must not be transported on its own chassis on public roads.
Check nuts and bolts regularly for tightness and tighten them.
After completing work, turn off the conveyor and then remove the plug from the power supply socket.
The manufacturer is not liable if any technical changes or repairs have been made to the machine without their knowledge, or if it has been stored, maintained, or used contrary to the recommendations and the user manual.
