Safety Information

Before starting work, it is mandatory to read the operating manual and comply with the recommendations contained therein.

The conveyor may only be operated by a person who has familiarized themselves with the contents of this operating manual and possesses appropriate qualifications for working with tractor-driven agricultural aggregates.

It is forbidden to work with a machine that shows signs of mechanical damage.

It is forbidden to operate the machine by intoxicated persons, bystanders, individuals under the influence of intoxicating substances, those in a state of illness, and particularly children.

Each time before starting work, pay attention to the technical condition of the conveyor, the method of securing individual mechanisms, and especially the elements of the drive system and the tractor coupling system.

Ensure that the adjusting elements function correctly and that all protective guards are properly and permanently attached and not damaged.

Comply with the warnings regarding dangerous places during the operation of the machine.

Extreme caution must be exercised when hitching the conveyor to the tractor.

These activities must be performed on a level and paved surface with the tractor engine turned off and the keys removed from the ignition switch.

Observe the maximum allowable loads for tractor hitches.

The conveyor may only be started when all protective devices (guards) are mounted in their place and are not damaged.

Loose parts and elements must be tightened, while damaged ones must be replaced with new, technically sound ones.

It is forbidden for any person to stay between the tractor and the machine until the drive and tractor engine are turned off.

The presence of bystanders near the operating machine is forbidden.

Repair activities may only be performed by a person with appropriate qualifications who has familiarized themselves with the contents of this operating manual.

Maintenance and repair work can only be performed with the tractor engine turned off and after removing the keys from the ignition switch.

The conveyor must be lowered onto the ground.

Original coupling elements (pin, linchpin) must be used to connect the conveyor to the tractor.

The conveyor must be connected to a tractor of the class specified by the manufacturer in this operating manual.

A PTO drive shaft with a clutch must be used, the symbol of which is specified in this manual, bearing the CE safety mark.

It is forbidden to work with a damaged PTO shaft (bent, with jamming joints), an incomplete one (without a guard), or with a damaged guard.

The PTO drive shaft guard should be secured against rotation with a chain.

Installation and removal of the PTO drive shaft may only take place with the tractor PTO shaft turned off, the engine switched off, and the key removed from the ignition switch.

Before engaging the tractor's power take-off shaft, make sure that the selected speed and direction of rotation of the tractor's power take-off shaft match the permissible speed and direction of rotation of the conveyor.

Before engaging the power take-off shaft, pay attention to whether there are any bystanders nearby.

Always disengage the power take-off shaft whenever a breakdown occurs or when its operation is not necessary.

Attach the disconnected PTO drive shaft to the support provided for this purpose.The operation of the aggregate can take place at a tractor PTO speed of 540 rpm.

It is forbidden to leave the machine unattended during operation.

Elements removed for repair or inspection must be firmly reattached in a permanent manner after the repair is completed and they are technically sound.

It is forbidden to transport people or objects on the machine that do not constitute its permanent equipment.

The speed of transport transits within the farm area is 10 km/h.

The aggregate is not adapted for movement on public roads.

Before leaving the tractor, turn off the engine, remove the key from the ignition switch, and engage the handbrake.

Nuts and bolts must be checked regularly for tightness and tightened.

Use appropriate tools and gloves.

Use only original spare parts.

The user loses the warranty for the conveyor in the event of: damage resulting from improper operation of the conveyor, use of the conveyor contrary to its intended purpose, modification of the conveyor's structure by the user without the manufacturer's consent, and the use of spare parts other than factory ones.

Inscriptions and warning signs placed on the conveyor should be protected from damage, dirt, and being painted over.

If they become illegible or destroyed, they must be replaced with new ones immediately (order from the manufacturer or at sales points).

Due to the permissible sound level being exceeded during the operation of the conveyor, individual hearing protectors must be strictly used.

The manufacturer bears no liability if any technical changes or repairs have been made to the machine without their knowledge, or if it has been stored, maintained against recommendations, or used contrary to the operating manual.
