Pneumatic suction-pressure conveyors are designed for transporting grain seeds in both horizontal and vertical directions. They can also be used for unloading operations, such as: transferring grain from piles, grain bins, or silos with simultaneous loading onto means of transport and vice versa. A suction nozzle placed at the end of a flexible hose is used to draw in the grain, which is then transferred through a cyclone and a dispenser via a pipeline to its destination.
Standard equipment:
polyurethane flexible hose with a suction nozzle + clamp,
2 m pipe + clamp,
90-degree elbow + clamp.
Benefits:
High flexibility in constructing the pressure pipeline, using 160 mm diameter pipes with lengths of 0.3 m, 0.5 m, 1 m, 2 m, and elbows ranging from 15 to 90 degrees connected with clamps.
No need to feed the transported material, as the conveyor draws the material itself using the suction nozzle and the flexible suction pipeline.
Ability to transport over significant distances, up to 70 m horizontally and 10 m vertically.
Automatic engine start-up, which extends its service life and simplifies operation.
An automatic damper regulates the airflow, protecting the engine from overheating and the grain from excessive damage.
