- Polyester laminate
- Stainless steel (INOX)
- Powder-coated carbon steel
- Even distribution: Using a conveyor belt at the bottom of the hopper instead of an agitator guarantees uniform spreading of both granulated and powdered materials.
- Corrosion resistance: Components in direct contact with materials are made of laminate and stainless steel, ensuring high resistance to the aggressive action of salt and fertilizers.
- Lightweight design: The low weight allows the spreader to operate efficiently with small tractors.
- Modern vibration module: An advanced vibration module prevents material from clogging or bridging in the hopper, ensuring steady discharge and increasing work efficiency.
Safety Information
Read the manual: It is mandatory to read this user manual before starting work.
Authorized personnel: Only an adult holding a valid agricultural tractor driving license may operate the fertilizer spreader.
Sobriety requirement: It is strictly forbidden to operate the spreader under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
No damaged machinery: It is forbidden to use the machine if it shows any signs of mechanical damage.
No loose clothing: The operator is forbidden to wear loose clothing that could be caught in the moving parts of the machine.
Coupling caution: Extreme caution must be exercised when coupling and uncoupling the spreader to and from the tractor.
Safe farm driving: The speed of transport vehicles within the farm area must always be adapted to ambient conditions.
No bystanders: The presence of bystanders near the operating machine is strictly forbidden.
Safe spreading distance: Spreading operations are forbidden if bystanders are within less than 5 meters (for powdered fertilizers) and 6 meters (for granulated fertilizers) from the operating machine.
Personal protective equipment: The operator running the spreader must be protected against the harmful effects of fertilizer dust by wearing tight safety goggles, a coat or overalls, and a protective mask.
Designated washing areas: Wash the tractor and spreader only in areas designated for this purpose.
Hygiene before meals: Before eating, remove protective clothing, wash hands and face with warm soapy water, and rinse the mouth with water several times.
Attended operation: It is forbidden to leave the spreader unattended during operation.
Operational restrictions: Removing and installing guards, as well as performing any repairs, including maintenance and lubrication, is strictly prohibited while the spreader is operating.
Safe troubleshooting: Eliminate functional malfunctions of machine components only when the tractor engine is turned off and the ignition key is removed. No clearing by hand: It is forbidden to clear or stir the fertilizer (especially by hand) inside the hopper while the spreader is operating.
Crush hazard: Staying between the tractor and the machine is forbidden until the tractor drive and engine are turned off.
Flat ground coupling: Coupling and uncoupling the machine to/from the tractor must be carried out on a level and hardened surface.
Safe uncoupling: The spreader must be uncoupled from the tractor only after stopping the tractor engine and removing the key from the ignition.
PTO shaft clearance: Pay attention to the guards of the cardan/telescopic PTO shaft in both transport and working positions, as there is a risk of damaging the guards against tractor components.
Certified PTO shaft: Use a CE-marked telescopic cardan PTO shaft with guards in good condition.
Anti-rotation chains: Ensure that the PTO shaft guard is always installed and secured with chains to prevent rotation.
Full guard requirement: Operating the telescopic cardan PTO shaft without full guards on the tractor PTO side and the machine input shaft side is impermissible.
Safe PTO installation: Mounting and dismounting the telescopic cardan PTO shaft may only take place when the tractor PTO and the machine input shaft are disengaged, the engine is turned off, and the ignition key is removed.
PTO speed check: Before engaging the tractor PTO, ensure that the selected tractor PTO speed and direction of rotation match the permissible speed and direction of rotation of the spreader.
Safe engagement: Before engaging the PTO, ensure that no people or animals are within the operating range of the machine.
Entanglement hazard: Exercise caution near the rotating telescopic cardan PTO shaft. Risk of hands being caught or crushed.
Disengage when unused: Always disengage the PTO when encountering an obstacle or when its operation is not necessary.
PTO shaft storage: Place the disconnected telescopic cardan PTO shaft on the support provided for this purpose.
PTO stub protection: Install the protective cover onto the tractor PTO stub shaft after disconnecting the telescopic cardan PTO shaft.
No damaged PTO shafts: Using a damaged telescopic cardan PTO shaft is forbidden.
Maintenance safety: Carry out repair, maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting tasks only with the drive turned off and the ignition key removed.
Fastener checks: Regularly check and tighten nuts and bolts to ensure they are securely in place.
Parts replacement: Use appropriate tools and gloves when replacing parts.
Spare parts compliance: Spare parts must comply with the technical requirements specified by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer liability: The manufacturer accepts no liability if technical modifications or repairs are made without their knowledge, if the machine is stored or maintained contrary to recommendations, or if it is operated against the user manual.
