The T 207/1, T 207/2, and T 207/3 suction-pressure pneumatic conveyors are designed for the transport of common cereal grains, corn, legumes, and oilseeds. Due to their ability to suck in grain and transport it horizontally and vertically, they are suitable for performing all types of work related to handling grain from means of transport to grain warehouses and vice versa. They can be used for filling and emptying granaries and grain silos, as well as for aerating grain during its storage on piles with grates and in silos after attaching an injector manufactured by POM Augustów Sp. z o.o. In this setup, the conveyors operate with the dispenser turned off.
The conveyors can operate in two versions: as suction-pressure units or as pressure units (for distinction, factory machines feature the letter "T" in their designation: T 207/1/T, T 207/2/T, T 207/3/T). In the first case, the transported grain is sucked from the collection point using a suction nozzle, while in the second case, the grain must be poured into an intake hopper mounted in place of the suction cyclone. The remaining transport route to the storage location can be constructed in any manner in both cases, while maintaining the recommendations specified in section 7 of this user manual.
The advantages of the conveyors are:
  • the ability to collect grain with a suction nozzle,
  • flexible configuration and routing of the transport piping system,
  • the possibility of creating full transport mechanization,
  • elimination of material losses.
The T 207/1, T 207/2, and T 207/3 suction-pressure pneumatic conveyors are designed for medium-sized grain producers, family farms, handling points, and grain storage facilities. They are not suitable for continuous operation.

Safety Information

Read the user manual before starting work.

Before each start-up, check the conveyor for operational safety.

The conveyor may only be operated by an adult who has familiarized themselves with this user manual.

It is forbidden to use the conveyor if it shows signs of mechanical damage.

Pay attention to hazard warnings when starting the conveyor.

Locate and read the relevant information in the user manual and warn other operators.

Each time before starting work, check that no foreign objects have entered the conveyor.

Before starting the conveyor, pay attention to its technical condition and the mounting of individual mechanisms, especially the drive system components, power supply cables, sockets and plugs, and power switches.

Before the first start-up, a qualified electrician should check the effectiveness of the grounding and the grid protection.

It is forbidden to connect power cables to the grid bypassing the socket-plug system.

Protect the conveyor's electrical installation from moisture.

After connecting the conveyor, the first start-up must be carried out in accordance with the "Trial Run" chapter.

The conveyor may only be turned on after ensuring that no bystanders are in the immediate vicinity and the power cable is connected to the grid in accordance with the applicable requirements.

The presence of bystanders, and in particular children, near the operating machine is forbidden.During machine start-up, the automatic throttle lever must be in the start position "Z".

All maintenance and repair activities must be performed after turning off the machine and removing the plug from the power socket.

Check nuts and bolts regularly for tightness and tighten them.

Any repairs to the electrical installation may only be performed by a person with appropriate qualifications.

Every time after a repair is made, check the effectiveness of the grounding.

Use appropriate tools and gloves when replacing parts.

It is forbidden to leave the conveyor unattended during operation.

In the event of an electrical installation fire, use dry powder fire extinguishers.

Do not use other types of extinguishers or water.

Due to exceeding the permissible sound level, hearing protection must be worn.

The total permissible time spent near the operating machine without hearing protection is 1 hour.

Use only original spare parts.

The manufacturer is not liable if any technical changes or repairs have been made to the machine without their knowledge, or if it has been stored, maintained, or used contrary to the user manual and recommendations.
