The T 206/5 hydraulic auger conveyor is mounted under the discharge opening (the so-called slider gate) of dropside trailers. It is primarily designed for unloading them, as well as for loading seed drills and fertilizer spreaders in the field.
The auger is available in galvanized or stainless steel versions, in lengths of 3 or 4 meters, enabling convenient unloading and transfer of all bulk materials, grain, and mineral fertilizers.
Benefits:
  • Off-grid operation: Ability to perform all transfer tasks away from electrical power sources.
  • Universal fit: Thanks to mounting the auger under the discharge window, it fits any trailer regardless of the window dimensions.
  • Versatility: The choice of conveyor lengths allows it to be mounted on any seed drill with minimal effort, solving the issue of loading it from various means of transport (see photos in the "Worth Seeing" tab).
  • High durability: The internal flighting is formed from a single solid flat bar (not welded from individual rings). Combined with premium materials, this ensures long and trouble-free operation.
  • Mobility: The adjustable working angle and center-line mounting on the trailer allow for safe travel on public roads and through narrow passages.

Safety Information

Before every startup, the auger conveyor and the tractor must be checked for traffic and operational safety.

Only an adult who has read this manual and holds a valid agricultural tractor driving license may operate the auger conveyor.

Bystanders, especially children, are strictly forbidden from approaching the conveyor during operation.

It is forbidden to use the machine if it shows any signs of mechanical damage.

Extreme caution must be exercised when coupling and uncoupling the auger conveyor to and from the tractor.

Before starting work, both the driving tractor and the trailer on which the conveyor is mounted must be placed on level, horizontal ground and secured against rolling.

Always check for foreign objects inside the conveyor before starting work.

Every time before starting the tractor, ensure that no bystanders are near the machine and that the hydraulic drive is turned off.

Always check the tightness of bolted connections as well as the seal integrity of hydraulic lines and connections before starting work.

The hydraulic system is under high pressure.

When connecting hydraulic hoses to the tractor's hydraulic system, ensure that the valve hydraulics on both the tractor and machine sides are depressurized.

Depressurize the hydraulic system and turn off the engine before performing any work on it.

Hydraulic hoses and any other hydraulic parts showing signs of damage must be replaced or repaired preventively before fluid leakage occurs.

Due to the risk of injury, use appropriate auxiliary tools when searching for leak locations.

Escaping high-pressure fluid (hydraulic oil) can penetrate the skin and cause severe injury.

In case of injury, seek medical attention immediately – risk of infection.

Repair work on the hydraulic system may only be carried out by trained personnel.

It is forbidden to leave the machine unattended during operation.Staying under a raised and unsecured conveyor is strictly forbidden.

Operating the conveyor without the safety grate in the feed hopper is forbidden.

Operating the conveyor in enclosed spaces is forbidden.

Personal protective equipment (mask, gloves, safety goggles, etc.) must be used when working with fertilizers or treated seed grain.

When driving with the conveyor attached to the trailer, limit the tractor speed to 20 km/h.

Exercise caution near low-hanging power and telephone lines during transport within the farm and on public roads.

Driving speed must always be adapted to ambient conditions

Transporting the conveyor in the working position is permissible only for short-distance moves.

After finishing work, turn off the tractor engine and remove the key from the ignition.

Carry out repair, maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting tasks only with the drive turned off and the tractor engine stopped.

Remove the ignition key, engage the handbrake, and secure the machine.

Regularly check and tighten nuts and bolts to ensure they are securely in place.

Use appropriate tools and gloves when replacing spare parts.

Disconnect the power supply before performing any electrical or welding work, or any tasks on the tractor-machine electrical system.

Spare parts must comply with the technical requirements specified by the manufacturer.

The manufacturer accepts no liability if technical modifications or repairs are made without their knowledge, if the machine is stored or maintained contrary to recommendations, or if it is operated against the user manual.
