The suction-pressure pneumatic conveyor is designed for the transport of cereal grains and legume seeds in both horizontal and vertical directions. In the case of using grain (dry, delicate) as seed material, the transported grain may sustain damage up to 20%. Such transport is carried out solely at the user's risk. The grain, sucked by a suction nozzle from a pile, a pit, grain bins, or silos, is blown directly onto means of transport and vice versa.
The conveyor is driven via a power take-off (PTO) shaft from the tractor. Therefore, it can be used for work both in the field and on the farm where there is no access to the electrical grid or where the use of electrically driven equipment is not possible.
The T 449 and T 449/1 pneumatic conveyors are designed for medium and large-sized grain producers, family farms, and grain storage and handling points. They are not suitable for continuous operation.

Safety Information

Read the user manual before starting work and follow the recommendations contained therein.

The conveyor may only be operated by a person who has familiarized themselves with the content of this user manual and possesses the appropriate qualifications to work with tractor-driven agricultural units.

It is forbidden to operate a machine that shows signs of mechanical damage.

It is forbidden to operate the machine by persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances, unauthorized persons, individuals in a state of illness, and in particular, children.

Each time before starting work, pay attention to the technical condition of the conveyor and the mounting of individual mechanisms, especially the components of the drive system and the tractor connection system.

Ensure that the adjustment elements function correctly and that all safety guards are correctly, permanently mounted and undamaged.

Comply with the warnings against hazardous areas during machine operation.

Exercise extreme caution when coupling the conveyor with the tractor.

Perform these activities on a level and hardened surface with the tractor engine turned off and the keys removed from the ignition.

Comply with the maximum permissible loads for tractor hitches.

The conveyor may only be started when all protective devices (guards) are mounted in place and undamaged.

Loose parts and elements must be tightened, and damaged ones must be replaced with new, technically sound components.

It is forbidden for any persons to remain between the tractor and the machine until the drive and tractor engine have been turned off.

The presence of bystanders near the operating machine is forbidden.

Repair operations may only be performed by a person with appropriate qualifications who has familiarized themselves with the content of this user manual.

Maintenance and repair work can only be carried out with the tractor engine turned off and the keys removed from the ignition.

In the case of the T 449 mounted conveyor, it must be lowered to the ground.

Use original connecting elements (pin, linchpin) to couple the conveyor to the tractor.

The conveyor must be coupled to a tractor of the class specified by the manufacturer in this user manual.

Use a power take-off (PTO) shaft with a clutch whose symbol is provided in this manual and which bears the CE safety mark.

It is forbidden to work with a damaged PTO shaft (bent, with jamming joints), an incomplete shaft (without a guard), or with a damaged guard.

The guard of the PTO shaft should be secured against rotating by a chain.

Installation and removal of the PTO shaft may only take place with the tractor PTO drive disengaged, the engine turned off, and the key removed from the ignition.

Always pay attention to the correct installation and securing of the PTO shaft.

Before engaging the tractor PTO, ensure that the selected RPM and rotation direction of the tractor PTO match the permissible RPM and rotation direction of the conveyor.

Before engaging the PTO shaft, ensure that no bystanders are nearby.

Always disengage the PTO shaft if a failure occurs or when its operation is not necessary.

Carry maintenance work (cleaning, lubrication) only with the tractor engine turned off and the key removed from the ignition.

Secure the disconnected PTO shaft on the support provided for this purpose.

After disconnecting the PTO shaft, place the guard onto the stub of the tractor's PTO shaft.

The operation of the unit can take place at a tractor PTO speed of 540 RPM.

It is forbidden to leave the machine unattended during operation.

Components removed for repair or inspection must be firmly reattached in a technically sound manner after the repair is completed.

It is forbidden to transport people and objects that do not constitute the machine's permanent equipment.

During transport transits within the farm, pay attention not to hook the discharge system on low-hanging electrical or telephone lines, and if necessary, disassemble part of the discharge system in accordance with section 7 of the manual.

The speed of transport transits within the farm is 5 km/h.The unit is not adapted for driving on public roads.

Before leaving the tractor, turn off the engine, remove the key from the ignition, and engage the handbrake.

Check nuts and bolts regularly for tightness and tighten them.

Use appropriate tools and gloves. Before performing welding work on the machine, it is best to disconnect the tractor.

Otherwise, disconnect the power supply (tractor battery).

Use only original spare parts.

The user loses the warranty for the conveyor in the event of: damage resulting from incorrect operation of the conveyor, using the conveyor contrary to its intended purpose, introduction of design changes to the conveyor by the user without the manufacturer's consent, and application of spare parts other than factory ones.Inscriptions and warning signs placed on the conveyor should be protected from damage, dirt, and paint.

If they become illegible or destroyed, they must be replaced with new ones immediately (order from the manufacturer or at sales points).

Due to exceeding the permissible sound level during the conveyor's operation, it is absolutely mandatory to use personal hearing protection.

The manufacturer is not liable if any technical changes or repairs have been made to the machine without their knowledge, or if it has been stored, maintained, or used contrary to the recommendations and the user manual.
