The T 461 hydraulic auger conveyor is mounted on dropside trailers. It is primarily used for unloading them, as well as for loading seed drills directly in the field.
The auger is available with or without an adjustable working angle, enabling convenient unloading and transfer of all bulk materials and grain.
Benefits:
  • Off-grid operation: Ability to perform all transfer tasks away from electrical power sources.
  • Time-saving efficiency: High output and throughput exceeding 40 t/h.
  • High durability: The internal flighting is formed from a single solid flat bar (not welded from individual rings). Combined with premium materials, this ensures long and trouble-free operation.
  • Mobility: Despite a total length of 5.4 meters, the adjustable working angle and hydraulic folding/unfolding system allow for safe travel on public roads and through narrow passages.

Safety Information

Before every startup, the conveyor and the tractor must be checked for traffic and operational safety.

Extreme caution must be exercised when coupling and uncoupling the conveyor to and from the trailer and tractor.

Before mounting the conveyor to the trailer, the tractor and trailer must be placed on level, hardened ground and secured against rolling.

Leaving a trailer with the mounted conveyor on slopes or inclines without securing the wheels (e.g., by placing chocks) poses a risk of the trailer rolling away.

Before using the machine, pay attention to its technical condition, the mounting methods of individual mechanisms, and especially the drive system components.

Every time before starting work, ensure that no bystanders, especially children, are near the machine and that the hydraulic drive is turned off.

Before starting any maintenance work on the machine, ensure that there is no possibility of it starting automatically.

Always check for foreign objects inside the conveyor before starting work.

Check the tightness of hydraulic line connections before starting work.

Check the tightness of all nuts and bolts after the first hour of operation.

The operator must wear clothing without any loose hanging elements that could pose a direct safety hazard if caught in the moving parts of the machine.

The hydraulic system is under high pressure.

When connecting hydraulic hoses to the tractor's hydraulic system, ensure that the valve hydraulics on both the tractor and machine sides are depressurized.

The routing and connection of hydraulic lines must ensure they are protected from potential damage.

Hydraulic hoses and any other hydraulic parts showing signs of damage must be replaced preventively.

When replacing lines and other parts, ensure they comply with the manufacturer's recommendations.

Replace hydraulic hoses every 4 years.

Repair work on the hydraulic system may only be carried out by qualified personnel.

Escaping high-pressure hydraulic oil can penetrate the skin and cause severe injury.

In case of injury, seek medical attention immediately.

It is forbidden to leave the machine unattended during operation.

It is forbidden to carry out any repairs while the conveyor is running.

It is forbidden to stay under the conveyor during operation. It is forbidden to remain on the trailer while the conveyor is operating.

Operating the conveyor without the safety grate is forbidden.

It is forbidden to use the machine if it shows any signs of mechanical damage.

When moving the conveyor into the "OPERATION" position, ensure that no accidental contact with power lines occurs.

Throughput and capacity adjustments may only be carried out after stopping the conveyor.

Personal protective equipment (mask, gloves, safety goggles, etc.) must be used when working with fertilizers or treated seed grain.

Disconnect the power source before starting any work on the electrical system of the tractor, trailer, or conveyor.

After finishing work, turn off the engine and remove the ignition key before leaving the tractor.

Engage the handbrake and secure the machine.Traffic regulations (Highway Code) must be strictly observed when driving on public roads.

Driving speed must always be adapted to ambient conditions.

When driving with the conveyor attached to the trailer, fold the conveyor into the "TRANSPORT" position according to the manual instructions and limit the tractor speed to 20 km/h.

Transport and travel on public roads with the conveyor in the "OPERATION" position is strictly forbidden.

Carry out repair and maintenance work only with the drive turned off and the tractor engine stopped.

Regularly check that nuts and bolts remain in place and tighten them.

Use appropriate tools and gloves during replacement.

Only original spare parts must be used.

All recommendations contained in this user manual must be followed, and extreme caution must be exercised in case of any doubts.

The manufacturer accepts no liability if technical modifications or repairs are made without their knowledge, if the machine is stored or maintained contrary to recommendations, or if it is operated against the user manual.
