Safety Information

Read the manual: It is mandatory to read this user manual before starting work.

Authorized personnel: Only an adult holding a valid agricultural tractor driving license may operate the harrow.

Sobriety requirement: It is strictly forbidden to operate the harrow under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.

No damaged machinery: It is forbidden to use the machine if it shows any signs of mechanical damage.

Coupling caution: Extreme caution must be exercised when coupling and uncoupling the harrow to and from the tractor to prevent the harrow from falling onto the operator's feet. Always turn off the tractor engine and remove the key from the ignition.

Secure connections: Pay close attention to securing the connections between the harrow and the tractor.

Safe farm driving: The speed of transport vehicles within the farm area must always be adapted to ambient conditions.

Speed limit: The maximum permissible driving speed must not be exceeded.

Clearance awareness: During transport, ensure that the harrow does not hit trees, poles, gates, etc.

Passing and reversing: Exercise extreme caution when passing any type of vehicle and when reversing with the harrow.

No riders: It is strictly forbidden to carry people on the machine's structure.

Operational restrictions: Reversing and making U-turns with the harrow in the working position is forbidden.

Safe folding/unfolding: Lifting and lowering the harrow is forbidden if bystanders are nearby.

Crush hazard: Working under the raised parts of the machine is forbidden.

Attended operation: It is forbidden to leave the harrow unattended during operation.

Safe storage: It is forbidden to leave harrows in places where they could cause injury to people or animals.

Safe adjustments: Assemble and adjust machine components only when the tractor engine is turned off, the ignition key is removed, and the harrow is lowered into the working position.

Maintenance safety: Carry out repair, maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting tasks only with the tractor engine stopped. Remove the ignition key.

Safe section stacking: Always stack harrow sections on top of each other with the tines facing downwards to prevent falls onto the tines and avoid personal injury.

Safe distance: Maintain a safe distance from the harrow, as failure to do so poses a risk of injury and crushing.

Fastener checks: Regularly check and tighten nuts and bolts to ensure they are securely in place.

Parts replacement: Use appropriate tools and gloves when replacing parts.

Spare parts compliance: Spare parts must comply with the technical requirements specified by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer liability: The manufacturer accepts no liability if technical modifications or repairs are made without their knowledge, if the machine is stored or maintained contrary to recommendations, or if it is operated against the user manual.
