Safety Information

It is forbidden to use the machine if it shows any signs of mechanical damage.

Before using the machine, pay attention to its technical condition and the method of securing individual mechanisms to avoid leakage of the treating solution into the environment.

Before the first application of the grain seed treating solution, carefully read the safety instructions for the use of the product described by the manufacturer.

The treating process should be carried out on a paved surface so that in the event of any leakage, the solution does not penetrate into the soil.

In the event of a solution leak, follow the guidelines provided by the treatment manufacturer regarding the elimination of the leak's effects.

When using the screw conveyor for the first time, carefully read the operating manual and observe the appropriate safety measures.

When performing any repairs or maintenance work, turn off the power supply to both the seed treater and the conveyor, and remove the plugs from the power outlet.

It is forbidden to eat, drink, or smoke cigarettes while the device is operating.

Each time after finishing work, change your clothing, wash your hands thoroughly, and rinse your throat with water.

It is forbidden to use the seed treater when the ambient temperature is below 0ºC or above 70ºC.

It is forbidden to leave the machine unattended during operation.

Nuts and bolts must be checked regularly for tightness and tightened.

Use appropriate tools and gloves when replacing parts.

Spare parts must comply with the technical requirements established by the manufacturer.

After the work is finished, both the seed treater and the screw conveyor must be thoroughly cleaned.
